Biography
Jason Rubin received a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1990 and a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law in 1993. Prior to joining Meagher & Meagher, P.C., Jason was a partner and trial attorney at a personal injury/medical malpractice firm in New York City, where he obtained numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements. At Meagher & Meagher, P.C., Jason handles medical malpractice and negligence cases. He is admitted to the bar in New York State as well as the U.S. Southern District Court of New York and the U.S. Eastern District Court of New York. He has been selected to the New York Super Lawyers list in 2010-2012, 2014 and 2019-2025.
